Responsibility of Members

Amaterski Foto portal has the right to delete any accounts at all time, in regards to user abuse of our Terms.Amaterski Foto portal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate the account of any member who is the subject of repeated notifications.

You Are not allowed

• Using any images without an artist/creator’s permission for your Avatars or Banners
• Posting images of other artists work without their written permission
• Posting any images other then offered under our gallery categories
• Posting images if you do not have client and/or third-party licenses rights/permissions to use the image/s
• Post image, comments/content that is obscene, inappropriate, sexual, defamatory, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable, and violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party. These account will be permanently deleted and banned
• Use another artists name/full name and upload images on his/her behalf and/or pretend to be that artist

Content Review

1. Amaterski Foto portal has not reviewed, and cannot review, every single/all of the material posted to our Website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that materials content, use or effects. By operating the Website,Amaterski Foto portal does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are solely responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. The Website may contain content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as content containing technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, and other errors. The Website may also contain material that violates the privacy or publicity rights, or infringes the intellectual property and other proprietary rights, of third parties, or the downloading, copying or use of which is subject to additional terms and conditions, stated or unstated. Amaterski Foto portal may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
   


5. Termination. Amaterski Foto portal may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Amaterski Foto portal account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website.
   


6. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Website is provided "as is". Amaterski Foto portal as a positive and inspiring Online Gallery for Artists to share, connect and explore. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Website at your own discretion and risk.


7. Limitation of Liability. In no event will Amaterski Foto portal be liable negligence use by any member on our website not following our Terms of Usage.


8. General Representation and Warranty. You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Amaterski Foto portal Terms and Policies, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding on-line conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States and/or Canada or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Content will be deemed inappropriate on our website. Amaterski Foto portal also reserves the right to ban any member or website from using the service for any reason. By uploading your screenshots to Amaterski Foto portal you give Amaterski Foto portal permission to use or distribute your images on Amaterski Foto portal or affiliated sites. All images uploaded are copyright © their respective owners. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Amaterski Foto portal has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Amaterski Foto portal s sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Amaterski Foto portal's reasonable opinion, violates any Amaterski Foto portal policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Amaterski Foto portal s sole discretion. Amaterski Foto portal will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
